My love for the audience and stage, equipped with public health training, and professional business skills makes me a welcoming, sincere, and straight-forward facilitator. My love for learning is expanding the spaces in which I am most effective to facilitate. From resolving groups in high tension, to simply trying to identify the next step, I have led groups to success. Racial Facilitation

We are in a unique time where anti-racism practices are leading CEOs, Executive Directors, and other leaders to create a different system. My team and I aim to bring a deep reflective lens, that is coupled with including personal trauma, historical and community trauma, along with spiritual awareness, and working with the assumption that we are all affected negatively by this system which polarizes white against black. This polarization, subsequently, sets up injustices in other areas of our collective culture that is created by this harmful system that says that white bodies are supreme. Our goal is to examine as many aspects as we can within this myth, identify healing techniques, and when ready, co-create a different future.
